The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA) recently held a transformative vision board session designed to chart a dynamic and innovative course for 2025.
Spearheaded by the Executive Secretary, Mrs. Ayisat Agbaje-Okunade and supported by the dedicated heads of Departments/Units, this session aimed to align the Academy’s goals with its mission of fostering excellence while delivering transformative programmes and fostering stakeholders engagement.
The session brought together department/Unit leads to collaboratively envision the Academy’s future, while focussing on three pillars: excellence, collaboration, and sustainability.
By visually mapping goals and priorities, the leadership team created a clear roadmap to enhance stakeholders’ experiences and strengthen partnerships.
Speaking on the significance of the exercise, Mrs. Agbaje-Okunade emphasised the importance of intentional planning.
“As an Academy dedicated to leadership development, we must consistently be innovative and set a benchmark for excellence. This vision board session enables us to focus on the future and align our goals with our mission” she stated.
The exercise also reinforced the Academy’s commitment to fostering collaboration among departments/Units, ensuring seamless delivery of its programmes and setting measurable milestones for 2025.
With this roadmap in place, LJLA is poised to deliver transformative programmes, engage stakeholders with impact-driven initiatives, and solidify its reputation as a leader in shaping future change-makers.
