Application for the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy is FREE and open to all Nigerians who are between 25 to 35 years of age and hold a minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree. Applicants must have completed National Youth Service Corps or have a certificate of exemption.

Yes, this is a paid Fellowship. You will also be accommodated in a tastefully furnished apartment during the course of the program.

During your application you are required to upload two letters of recommendation: one would be from academia (from any of your previous academic tutors) and another from a professional body (from a company or manager you have worked with before).

The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy presents a rigorous fellowship program necessitating full-time engagement. As such, absolute commitment is required throughout the duration of the program, and participants are expressly prohibited from receiving remuneration from any alternative sources.

As a fellow of the Academy, you'll receive competitive remuneration and be accommodated in tastefully furnished apartment during the course of the fellowship. Fellows will receive direct mentorship from Mr. Governor and members of the Lagos State Executive Council through the quarterly ministerial rotations.

During the one-year program, Fellows will shadow cabinet members, and participate in high-level meetings. Additionally, Fellows will engage in one-on-one coaching with industry experts through various platforms, fostering holistic growth and preparing you for future success.

Fellows will receive continuous multi source feedback on leadership skills and performance.

Fellows will be exposed to an innovative and dynamic learning curriculum through public and private sector learnings.

Fellows will enjoy access to intimate interactive sessions with renowned world leaders and take part in local and international policy trips.
